Join Club Royale
Complete and submit the registration form and you’ll then be issued a Booker ID.
STEP TWO
Book & Earn Royales
When you book a room night at any participating hotel, you’ll earn Royales. Ensure you book via the hotel reservation contact details, as provided on this site. Remember, you must reference your Club Royale Booker ID.
How many Royales can be earned?
You earn Royales for every night you book:
- Up to 80 standard room nights = 10 Royales per room night*
- 81 standard room nights and above = 15 Royales per room night*
- Long term stays and special offers = 1 Royale per room night*
- Executive Room/Suite = 25 Royales per room night*
*Please note: the amount of Royales earned may vary from hotel to hotel.
STEP THREE
Convert Royales to Vouchers
Once you’ve earned enough Royales, contact us to convert them into vouchers which you can redeem at participating hotels or one of our retail partners.
How do I convert my Royales to vouchers?
Once you’ve earned Royales, you need to convert these into Club Royale vouchers. There are two easy ways to do this:
Contact your sales manager and confirm how many Royales you’d like to redeem as vouchers
Or contact Club Royale directly, either call us on +971 (0) 4 5737874, or email Jackylyn.Sante@hilton.com
Once the vouchers are ready, we’ll courier them directly to you, or the sales manager will bring them to your next sales call. Now you’re set to redeem your Club Royale vouchers.
Please note: Club Royale vouchers are issued in four value denominations: 10, 50, 100 and 200 Royales. The value of Royales in the Middle East is as follows:
UAE: 1 Royale = 1 UAE Dirham, KSA: 1 Royale = 1 Saudi Riyal, Oman: 10 Royales = 1 Omani Riyal, Kuwait: 10 Royales = 1 Kuwaiti Dinar, Qatar: 1 Royale = 1 Qatari Riyal

Club Royale has partnered with some of the most exclusive retailers in the Middle East who will redeem Royales against a wide range of products and services.
